Dispersión Cromática

Dispersión Cromática (Chromatic Dispersion) Investigates the properties of light and how it interacts with porous materials. It demonstrates this by decomposing the light from LEDs into its RGB components.

The installation uses a gradual shift in rhythm and color from the LEDs to depict the corresponding proportions of RGB contributing to the perceived color. The porous organic material used in the installation responds uniquely to the passage of light, producing an effect comparable to a multi-colored stained glass window.
